If at anytime during the life of your Duluth Pack product you have problems in these areas, return the product and it will be repaired free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired due to a defect in craftsmanship or faulty hardware, we will be happy to replace the item at Duluth Pack’s discretion. While your Duluth Pack item is designed to provide you with many years of use, Duluth Pack is not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your product and is therefore not covered by our warranty. Of course, damages not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. I have owned the Lady's Slipper Pack for several years and it is my go-to bag when I need to move about hands free. It holds everything I need. Perfect for festivals, hikes, bike rides, and shopping. Beautiful, quality leather and it gets more attractive as time goes on.

Nice for Bikers

I got this bag to use when I ride my motorcycle. The black leather looks nice with my other motorcycle accessories. My only complaint is that the screws that hold the back straps on it unscrewed after use and I lost one. I contacted Duluth Pack and they sent me new screws and suggested Loctite. That worked and I trust the straps will stay put again.

I have owned this bag for 4 years and use it everyday. I am a flight attendant for a major airline...and the bag looks exactly like the day I received it. It is durable enough for the abuse it receives from being part of the airline industry!
