If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange less shipping costs.
Refunds for items returned within fourteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning any items to comply with manufacturer's policies. Send us an email at: sales@theafineart.com. If you do not receive a reply within one business day call us at: 916-984-8903.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you do not receive the correct item you purchased, as verified from your original invoice, or if your item is damaged upon shipment and not used, return and re-shipping will be at the expense of Thea Fine Arts & Collectables.
All sales are final for purchases of electronic books or reports. There is a no refund policy after you complete your order and your credit card transaction is completed.
